Product Availability and Delivery Times
Please note that some of our products may experience extended wait times due to high demand or supply chain delays. We strive to keep our inventory updated on a weekly basis to provide you with the most accurate information. If there is an expected delay after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly. Should you be dissatisfied with the extended wait, you are entitled to a full refund immediately upon request. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Return Policy
– All Returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) – please call us (510) 540-8193 for authorization
– The RGA number provided must be prominently displayed on the outside of the box
– Shipping charges will not be refunded.
– Merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in resalable condition. Once a product has been installed, it is not eligible for return, except in case of defective product which will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
–Full Refund on stock items for 15 days after purchase, Custom orders are not returnable.
Day 16 to Day 30 after purchase. a restocking fee off 25% will apply.
