– All Returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) – please call us (510) 540-8193 for authorization
– The RGA number provided must be prominently displayed on the outside of the box
– Shipping charges will not be refunded.
– Merchandise must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in resalable condition. Once a product has been installed, it is not eligible for return, except in case of defective product which will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
– Full refund for 15 days after purchase.
– Day 16 to Day 30 after purchase, a restocking fee of 25% will apply.
– After 30 days, no returns accepted.
– Customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of the merchandise (a traceable shipping method is recommended to ensure your return is received).
– Authorized returned merchandise should be carefully packaged. Badly packaged or damaged merchandise may be refused.
